At Velocita VR3, we are committed to providing racers with high-performance gear that fits perfectly. If your racing suit or equipment does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in new, unworn condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details regarding the item you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Gear

  Carefully pack the items in their original protective bags and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the suit has not been used in a vehicle or at the track.

• 3.
  Ship to Velocita

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our distribution center for a thorough quality inspection.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
